Qualification Delivery Partnerships
Selected NOCN NVQ Delivery and Assessment Partnership Opportunities
OSHTREE works with selected training organisations and industry partners for the delivery and assessment of specified NOCN NVQ qualifications. Partnership opportunities are considered individually and are subject to OSHTREE due diligence, quality assurance and written approval, together with all applicable awarding-organisation requirements.
Scope of Partnership
A partnership is limited strictly to the qualification(s), location(s), delivery activities and responsibilities expressly authorised in writing by OSHTREE. Approval is not automatic and does not authorise a partner to advertise, recruit, deliver, assess or represent any qualification outside the approved scope.
Who May Be Considered
OSHTREE may consider established training organisations, employers and professional training providers able to demonstrate suitable facilities, competent staff, learner support, administrative controls and a commitment to quality assurance.
Partner Requirements
- Operate only within the qualification and activity scope authorised in writing.
- Use suitably qualified and competent delivery, assessment and quality-assurance personnel.
- Maintain accurate learner, assessment, attendance and quality records.
- Follow OSHTREE assessment, IQA, learner-protection and data-protection requirements.
- Permit OSHTREE monitoring, sampling, audit and quality-review activity as required.
- Obtain written approval before using qualification or awarding-organisation branding.
- Report any material change that could affect the approved partnership arrangement.
Quality, Marketing and Branding
Approved partners must follow OSHTREE requirements for learner recruitment, course information, assessment, internal quality assurance, learner records, data protection, complaints, academic integrity, certification and quality monitoring. Partners must not use OSHTREE, NOCN or other awarding-organisation branding unless specific written permission has been provided for that purpose.
Approval Status
An OSHTREE delivery partnership does not, by itself, make the partner an independently approved NOCN centre or confer approval beyond the written partnership scope. Any separate awarding-organisation approval must be evidenced independently.

Organisations interested in an eligible NOCN NVQ delivery partnership may contact OSHTREE for an initial discussion. Suitable organisations may then be invited to complete OSHTREE due-diligence, document review and partnership approval requirements. An enquiry does not guarantee approval.
